Maeve Shop Ltd - Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Maeve! We strive to provide high-quality jewellery and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase*. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Earrings are non-returnable. See Earrings and Hygiene section below for full information.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maeveshop.co.uk with details and pictures of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
To return your product, please contact us at info@maeveshop.co.uk for instructions on where to send your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Earrings and Hygiene:
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. Please choose your earrings carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Maeve Shop Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information.
Please Note : We are not held liable for any address errors the customer inputs at checkout.
Missing items?
If you find that an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly investigate the issue. Failure to notify us of missing items beyond this timeframe may limit our ability to assist you.
Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you via email with the latest updates. Returns typically undergo processing within seven business days, though processing times may vary during peak periods. Refunds will be credited to the original account used for the purchase.
